Is SeedBook really free?

Yes — every core feature, including reminders, is free forever. We may offer a paid tier later for power-user extras like advanced analytics or unlimited photos, but the basics will always stay free.

Why no app store?

SeedBook is a Progressive Web App. You open it in any browser and add it to your home screen — done. No 90 MB download, no waiting on store review, no separate iOS/Android codebases. It also means we can ship updates the day we write them.

Does it work offline?

Yes. Once loaded, SeedBook caches your garden locally so you can log a watering or check a reminder out in the beds without signal.

Where is my data stored?

On servers in the EU, GDPR-compliant. You can export everything or delete your account in two taps. We don't sell data and there are no third-party trackers.

Can I switch from another garden app?

We're working on importers for the most common ones. In the meantime, the photo-identify flow makes rebuilding an inventory faster than you'd think.
